1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Ajuby, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you're using Ajuby on behalf of an organization, you're agreeing to these terms for that organization.

2. Our Service

Ajuby provides AI-powered video creation services that transform your photos into emotional video stories. Our service includes:

  • Photo upload and storage capabilities
  • AI-powered video generation using Google's Veo3 technology
  • Video templates and customization options
  • Private Circles for sharing with trusted groups
  • Social features including reactions and comments

3. Your Account

Account Responsibilities:

  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account
  • You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Ajuby
  • One person or legal entity per account
  • You're responsible for all activity under your account

4. Content Rights and Licenses

Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you upload to Ajuby. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to:

  • Process your photos to create videos as you request
  • Store your content securely on our servers
  • Display your content back to you and those you choose to share with
  • Create backup copies for disaster recovery

Important: We never use your personal content to train AI models or for any purpose beyond providing you the service.

Our Content

The Ajuby service, including our website, logos, and product features, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of our service.

5. Acceptable Use

We trust our users, but to keep Ajuby safe and enjoyable for everyone, you agree not to:

  • Upload content that violates anyone's rights or privacy
  • Share illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
  • Use Ajuby for spam, phishing, or malicious purposes
  • Interfere with or disrupt our service
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Payment Terms

💳 Billing Information:

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate shown when you subscribe
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • We'll notify you before any price changes to your subscription
  • Cancel anytime - you'll have access until the end of your billing period
  • No refunds for partial months, but you keep access until period ends

7. Privacy and Security

Your privacy is paramount. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. Key points:

  • We use bank-level encryption for all data
  • We never sell or share your personal information
  • You can delete your account and data at any time
  • We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

While we strive to provide an excellent service, there are some things we need to clarify:

  • Ajuby is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
  • We're not responsible for content you create or share
  • Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold Ajuby harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

10. Changes to Service or Terms

We may update our service and these terms from time to time. When we do:

  • We'll notify you of material changes via email
  • You'll have 30 days to review changes before they take effect
  • Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms
  • You can always export your data and close your account if you disagree

11. Termination

We hope you'll love using Ajuby, but if things don't work out:

  • You can cancel anytime from your account settings
  • We may suspend accounts that violate these terms after warning
  • Upon termination, you can download your data for 30 days
  • After termination, we'll delete your data per our Privacy Policy

12. Dispute Resolution

We prefer to resolve issues amicably:

  1. First, contact us at legal@mail.ajuby.ai - most issues can be resolved this way
  2. If needed, we'll try mediation with a neutral third party
  3. As a last resort, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration
  4. Small claims court is always available for qualifying disputes

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be brought in the courts of Delaware.
